115學年度國立臺北護理健康大學境外學生在校住宿減免申請作業展開

NTUNHS 2026 On-Campus Accommodation Fee Waiver for Overseas Students – Now Open

一、申請對象：取得入學資格並修讀本校大學部、碩士班、博士班學制之正式學籍學生，但不包含交換生、在職專班學生、延畢生及註銷住宿減免資格者。

Eligibility: Applicants must have obtained admission to the University and be officially enrolled in a degree program at the undergraduate, master’s, or doctoral level. The following categories of students are not eligible: exchange students, students enrolled in in-service programs, students who have extended their studies beyond the standard duration, and those whose accommodation fee waiver eligibility has been revoked.

二、申請條件:

1.新生：以最高學歷之學業總成績換算百分制總平均達80分以上。

2.舊生：

(1) 大學部：前一學期學業成績總平均達 80 分以上或班級排名前20%，且操行成績達 80 分以上。

(2) 碩士班及博士班：前一學期學業成績總平均達 90 分以上或班級排名前20%，且操行成績達 80 分以上。

(3) 國際專修部學生：尚未取得正式課程成績，得以前一學期華語課程成績申請。

(4) 前一學期修讀本校華語課程出席率 80%以上。(修讀中文學程者得免)。

Application criteria:

1. New students:  Applicants must have achieved a cumulative academic grade 80 points or higher in their highest level of completed education.

2.Current students:

(1) Undergraduate students must have attained with academic grade of 80 points or higher, or a class ranking within the top 20 %, and conduct performance of 80 points or higher in the preceding semester. higher in the preceding semester.

(2) Master’s and Doctoral students must have attained with academic grade of 90 points or higher, or a class ranking within the top 20 %, and conduct performance of 80 points or higher in the preceding semester.

(3) For students in the International Foundation Program, those who have not yet received official course grades may apply using their grades from the previous semester’s Mandarin language courses.

(4) Attendance in Mandarin language courses offered by the University in the previous semester must exceed 80% (this requirement is waived for students enrolled in Mandarin-taught degree programs)

三、申請時間:  2026年7月13日起至2026年8月10日下午5:00止

    請於 2026年9月10日前，將申請文件紙本繳交至行政大樓2樓國際中心。

Application procedures:

Submit the required application documents in electronic form to the following email address: intstudy@ntunhs.edu.tw.

Hard copies of required documents must be submitted directly to Helen before September 10, 2026.

(Email Subject: Student ID_Name_Dormitory Fee Waiver Application, e.g., 13000000_Wang Xiaoming_Dormitory Fee Waiver Application)

六、實施規定：

1. 經審核通過者，得免當學年度之住宿費；惟不包含保證金、宿舍網路服務費、電費及暑假住宿費。

2. 未於公告期限內完成公服時數或未能依規定住滿一學年度，或住宿期間違反宿舍相關規定者，學校保有裁定權得採取註銷或終止其住宿減免之權益。

Implementation provisions:

1. Students who pass the review process shall receive an accommodation fee waiver for the current academic year. However, the waiver does not cover the deposit, dormitory Internet service fees, electricity fees, and summer housing fees.

2.  Failure to complete the required public service hours within the announced deadlines, failure to reside in the dormitory for the full academic year as stipulated, or any violation of dormitory regulations during the residence period may result in the revocation or termination of the accommodation fee waiver at the discretion of the University.

七、公服時數及義務：

獲住宿減免者應參與公共服務，其公服時數由本中心統一規劃執行，並於住宿減免期間，每學期第16周前提交公服時數表至本中心。

1. 執行公服時數：

(1) 住宿區域為爾雅樓者：上學期、下學期各70小時，合計140小時。

(2) 住宿區域為蕙質樓、蘭心樓者：上學期、下學期各40小時，合計80小時。

2.  於住宿減免期間，義務協助新生生活輔導、宿舍相關事務，並協助本中心辦理之境外學生相關輔導活動至少兩場。

Public service hours and obligations:

Recipients of the accommodation fee waiver are required to participate in public service activities. The required service hours shall be planned and administered by the Center. During the waiver period, students must submit a public service hours log to the Center by the 16th week of each semester.

1. Public service hours

(1) Students residing in Erya (Building C): 70 hours per semester, for a total of 140 hours per academic year.

(2) Students residing in Huizhi (Building A) or Lanxin (Building B): 40 hours per semester, for a total of 80 hours per academic year.

     2. Additional responsibilities during the waiver period: Recipients must assist with freshman orientation and dormitory affairs, and participate in no fewer than two support activities organized by the Center for overseas students.

八、獲住宿減免者不可兼得規定：

凡已獲取政府機關提供之獎學金或國立臺北護理健康大學外國學生傑出獎學金者，不可兼得本項住宿減免。

Restriction on concurrent awards:

Recipients of scholarships provided by government agencies or National Taipei University of Nursing and Health Sciences Outstanding Foreign Student Scholarship are not eligible to concurrently receive this accommodation fee waiver.

九、其他注意事項：

1. 申請者就學期間核獲本項住宿減免次數最多以兩次為限。

2. 實際受獎核定名額，依當學年度國際事務推動委員會審議結果調整之，本校保有最終審核及裁定權。

3.  大學部以入住蕙質、蘭心樓；碩博班及國際專修部入住爾雅樓四人房為原則，核配床位則一律由校方安排。

4.  如有特殊狀況，應依本中心公告之作業辦理。

Additional notes:

1. Each applicant may receive the accommodation fee waiver no more than twice during their period of study at the University.

2. The actual number of recipients shall be determined on the basis of an annual review conducted by the International Affairs Promotion Committee. The University reserves the right to make final decisions regarding approval and allocation.

3. As a general principle, undergraduate students are assigned to Huizhi (Building A) or Lanxin (Building B), while master’s, doctoral, and students enrolled in International Foundation Program are accommodated in four-person rooms in Erya (Building C).All bed assignments are determined by the University.

4. In special circumstances, procedures shall be conducted in accordance with the announcements issued by the Center.

📢【重要提醒】申請住宿減免同學請勿先繳納學雜費，請待住宿減免結果公告後再依請依下列方式辦理：

1. 獲住宿減免者：本校將另行提供一張重新製作之繳費單，請依新繳費單完成繳費作業。

2.  未獲住宿減免者：請依原學雜費繳費單所示金額，於繳費期限完成繳費。
