※獲住宿減免者應參與公共服務，其公服時數由本中心統一規劃執行，並於住宿減免期間，每學期第16周前提交公服時數表至本中心。
Recipients of the accommodation fee waiver are required to participate in public service activities. The required service hours shall be planned and administered by the Center. During the waiver period, students must submit a public service hours log to the Center by the 16th week of each semester.

一、執行公服時數Required public service hours:：
(1)住宿區域為爾雅樓者：上學期、下學期各70小時，合計140小時。
Students residing in Erya (Building C): 70 hours per semester, for a total of 140 hours per academic year.
(2)住宿區域為蕙質樓、蘭心樓者：上學期、下學期各40小時，合計80小時。
Students residing in Huizhi (Building A) or Lanxin (Building B): 40 hours per semester, for a total of 80 hours per academic year.

二、於住宿減免期間，義務協助新生生活輔導、宿舍相關事務，並協助本中心辦理之境外學生相關輔導活動至少兩場。
Recipients must assist with freshman orientation and dormitory affairs, and participate in no fewer than two support activities organized by the Center for overseas students.

※115學年上學期公服時數表請於2026年12月23前提交至本中心。
Please submit Fall-Semester“the Public Service Hours Log” to Helen by December 23, 2026.

※115學年下學期公服時數表請於2027年06月02前提交至本中心。
Please submit Spring-Semester“the Public Service Hours Log” to Helen by June 02, 2026.
