1. Currently serving as a university lecturer, and an active university in:

•Ethiopia •Tunisia •Kenya •Eswatini •Egypt •Nigeria •Mauritius •Malawi •Brunei •South Africa •Ghana

2. Three years (or above) university researcher experience in African countries with research publications or papers.
