1. Diploma
   畢業證書
2. Valid passport and photocopy
   有效護照與影本
3. Residence Certificate (ARC)
   居留證
4. 2-inch color ID photo (white background, no hat)
   2 吋彩色證件照（白底、脫帽）
5. Current rental lease agreement
   現居租屋合約

Please prepare the above documents and apply in person at any National Immigration Agency service station nationwide. Processing takes about 5–10 business days.
請準備以上資料親自至全台各處移民署服務站辦理，時程約 5-10 個工作天。

ARC expiration
居留證逾期

If your original reason for residency still applies, overstaying by 1–29 days allows you to re-apply for residency after paying a fine — NT$10,000 for 1–10 days overstayed, or NT$20,000 for 11–29 days overstayed. Overstaying by 30 days or more requires you to pay a fine, exit Taiwan, and re-apply for a visa before re-entering.
逾期居留29日(含)內，原申請居留原因仍繼續存在者，經罰鍰後，得重新申請居留，逾期1-10日裁罰1萬元，逾期11-29日裁罰2萬元。逾期30日(含)以上，須裁罰出境後重新辦簽證入臺。

評點制

For those wishing to stay and work in Taiwan after graduation, the "Comment System " is one of the documents required for a work permit application. Applicants are scored based on criteria such as educational background, language ability, professional skills, internship experience, and work experience. Applicants who accumulate 70 points or more are eligible to use this scoring result to apply for a work permit.

畢業後如欲留臺工作者，「評點制」為申請工作許可的文件之一。申請人將依學歷、語言能力、專業技能、實習經驗、工作經歷等條件進行評分，累積達70點以上者，即可用於申請工作許可。
