To cultivate international professionals with digital application skills and enhance global competitiveness, the Digital Industry Administration is organizing the “Digital Innovation Talent Enhancement Program” training activities. Through online courses, special projects, and corporate visits, the program aims to develop international digital talent needed by industries. The training is completely free of charge, and participants who complete the program will receive a completion incentive of NT$8,000.

September 27, October 18, October 19, and November 1, 2025.

Eligibility:

• Institution Eligibility:
  Students enrolled in universities or colleges in Taiwan (including graduate students and recent graduates) in the first semester of the 2025 academic year, excluding students from in-service programs.

  1. Junior year or above students in 4-year universities, universities of technology, or institutes of technology.

  2. First-year or above students in 2-year universities, universities of technology, or institutes of technology.

  3. First-year or above graduate students.

• Participant Eligibility:

  1. Must be an international student or overseas Chinese student holding an Alien Resident Certificate (ARC) (excluding students from Mainland China, Hong Kong, or Macau).

  2. Open to all academic backgrounds; however, due to limited slots, priority will be given to international students.
