1. Application deadline:

From now until 12:00 on February 27, 2025, please submit the application form and required documents to the B103 office in the B Building.

2. Eligibility:

• This includes international students, overseas Chinese students, students from Hong Kong and Macau. Exchange students, recipients of service-learning scholarships, and students with delayed graduation are not eligible to apply.

• Applicants must fulfill the following requirements:

1. Undergraduate students:

   1. minimum of six credits every semester

   2. average grade higher than 70 in the previous academic year.

   3. For students who have been enrolled less than one academic year, their average grade during their final year at the highest education level completed must be equivalent to 70 or higher.

2. Graduate students:

1. must take at least one course every semester

2. average grade of 80 or higher in their most recent academic year

3. For graduate students who have been enrolled for less than one academic year, their average grade during their final year at the highest education level completed must be equivalent to 80 or higher.

3. International Foundation Program and other students who have not obtained the formal course grade may use the Chinese course grade in the preceding semester for application.

3. Required documents

• A application form 

• An original copy of their latest transcript

• A autobiography

• One recommendation letter from the applicant’s department supervisor or a professor

• A copy of  work permit

• Certificate of Enrollment

• Resume (Optional)

• Outstanding Achievements (Optional)

4.Rights and duties

Grant for the preceding month will be paid by the middle of the following month.

Graduate/ PhD students →8,000 NTD/month

Undergraduate students →5,000NTD/month

Duties:

Graduate/ PhD students →30 hrs/month

Undergraduate students →20hrs/month

5.Duration and Award Period

   March 1, 2025, to June 30, 2025. (Graduating students may receive the grant only until their graduation month.)

  The maximum duration for receiving this grant is four years for undergraduate students, two years for master’s students, and three years for doctoral students.

The number of scholarships issued will be adjusted on a yearly basis depending on the annual budget.

Applicants for this scholarship need to seek on-campus service opportunities on their own.
