Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, India, Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, Myanmar, Cambodia, Laos, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Bhutan.…etc.
2. If you are a university lecturer from top universities in Southeast Asian Countries you will have a higher chance of receiving this scholarship.

1. If you are currently serving as a University lecturer or Researchers (who have been working at a university for at least 3 years and have research results or specialized publications) are eligible. and an active university in:
Eswadini, Egypt, South Africa, Ghana, Nigeria, Ethiopia, Kenya, Tunisia, Mauritius, Malawi.
2. If you are a university lecturer from top universities in African Countries you will have a higher chance of receiving this scholarship.
