• In order to ensure the timeliness of rescue, if you need emergency treatment such as ambulance or fire fighting, or need to report an emergency, please call 119 or 110 as a priority to save the time required for rescue vehicles to arrive.
• If you need to communicate in a foreign language, please call the 24-hour service hotline for foreign nationals at 1990.
• When an emergency occurs in the Campus The Campus Safety Emergency Hotline: (02)2821-4744, The Campus safety center would also inform the international office to see how to help you.

• Lost and Found: Please check the place where your lost belongings might be or go to the student affairs office on the 1st floor of the administration building for inquiry. Alternatively, you may also consult with the security personnel.
• For those who lost important items such as alien resident permits, cash, etc., please also report to the Yongming Police Station and file a case.

Printer Printing Value-Added Use Rules:

• Black and white: NT$1.5/page (odd-page totals are rounded down).   Color: NT$5/page. 
• Payments can be made via EasyCard, iPass, Line Pay, Taiwan Pay, credit card, JKO Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay (EasyCard and iPass must be pre-loaded, unlike dormitory electricity).
• The printing calculation method: Only A4 paper printing is provided
• Printing is one-sided only. 
• If printing fails due to equipment issues (e.g., malfunctions, paper jams, or low toner), contact the student assistants or Computer Center. Do not disassemble the machines. No credit refunds for errors caused by personal mistakes.
  * If a black and white file is sent to a color printer, it will be charged according to the color printing billing method.

The email account is primarily used for sending and receiving emails, facilitating academic communication and exchanges between teachers and students.Each person is limited to one account.
